- ○Your treatment will be provided in your guest room. To prepare, your therapist will visit your room approximately 10 minutes prior to your booked appointment time.
- ○Opening hours: 10:00–22:30
・For use in the following morning, please make your reservation by 19:00 the previous day.
・Please make your reservation by 19:00 on the day of your visit. - ○For female customers only.
・Male customers may only book appointments when accompanied by a female. - ○Pregnant individuals, those with allergies, or those currently taking medication or receiving medical treatment for an illness may not be able to receive treatment. Please consult your doctor beforehand and make your appointment accordingly.
・Please be advised that we may be obliged to decline treatment on the day depending on the customer's state of health. - ○Cancellation Policy:
If we do not receive notification at least one hour prior to your appointmenttime, or should you remain absent from the treatment room 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we shall charge 100% of the treatment fee as a cancellation fee. - ○We will be closed from December30th to January 4th for New Year holidays.
